Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: SmithTackle ships Worldwide. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice page before confirming your order. You must select the shipping zone according to your country of residence; France, European Union, and Worldwide. The following chart provides our shipping costs per order amount and by shipping zone.



Q: How soon will my order be processed?
A: All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, 6 days per week, from Monday to Saturday excluding French public holidays.

Q: How soon will I receive my products?
A: Shipping is performed by the French Postal service's Colissimo product which is reliable and carries a tracking number. Generally, French customers should receive their package with 2 to 3 business days, European Union customers can expect 4 to 5 business days and Worldwide shipments can require 6 to 8 days depending on location.

Q: How are international shipments processed?
A: SmithTackle indicates the actual purchase value as expressed in Euros on all invoices. This value may be processed by local Customs authorities in each country. Buyers are solely responsible for all Customs duties and Taxes levied on imported merchandise.
